Spirit is how the Universe speaks to us and it is easy enough to understand. Our connection to Spirit is natural and instinctive.

It can be made stronger through meditation, communing with nature and looking out for synchronicities.

But we often severe this connection by accident; it is a connection that is maintainable only when positive emotions flow through us. Stress, fear, rage and anxiety only serve to keep us apart from Spirit.

The next time you feel low and are unable to get rid of negative ideas, breathe and try to anchor yourself. Shut your eyes and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Do this ten times and keep repeating the cycle till you feel relaxed.

When you stabilize yourself like this, you are taken to a higher plane of existence. You are once again aligned to the Spirit and the sense of tranquility it offers.

Sometimes it is hard to find the connection, especially when you believe that Spirit will manifest itself in a particular form or if you think that you can use to achieve something you desire. Spirit isn’t controlled by our whims and fancies.

If you truly want to find Spirit, make meditation an essential part of your daily routine and carefully observe the changes you see over time.

Spend time with nature and appreciate all the beauty the universe has given you the privilege of being witness to.

Take note of all the synchronicities and try to figure out why they are happening. If you follow them, you will have moments of sheer blissfulness.

Spirit talks to you in a variety of ways. It is not limited or restricted to any one medium or mode of communication.

It is only necessary to ensure that you are a willing conduit of Spirit and that you are paying attention when the message comes.
